Heya all you happening P6 people!

We're having a P6 Bash specially for you! (*Not that we're gonna bash you*) It's a super crazy party to celebrate the end of the exams! We're having beach games and loads of food at the East Coast Park. Wahahah.. Here's the details:

Date: 29th Oct 2005
Pick up location: Eunos MRT Station.
Meeting time: 1pm.
Dismissal time: 8pm.
Registration fee: $5 per pax.
What to bring along: 1 clean change of clothes, beach slippers or sandals, water bottle, sunblock lotion, sandcastle equipment.

OK get your forms at DARE on 22nd Oct 2005, and sign up quick yah.. there's only 1 day to sign up which is THIS SUNDAY 23rd Oct 2005!!!!

Heya there! It's time for DARE again... This Saturday, our DG lunch will again be at the same place same time, Millenia Food Court 1pm. Heh, the food there isn't bad, and there's enough space for all of us to sit around at! : ) Coach Joy has to play at a wedding before that again, so she'll be coming straight from the wedding. Ever thought you surely had to be the unluckiest person on planet earth? Ever thought that no one could have a life as lousy as yours? Well, if thats what you really think , you are wrong.

If you take a second out of your "oh-so-busy" time to think about it, you would realise how blessed you actually are. Just think, the very second you were brought shrieking "Mine! mine! mine!" (okay just joking =D) into this earth, there were other babies also borned at the exact same time. The only difference might only be their skin colour and the country they are borned in. One does not really realise how lucky he is until he sees how unfortunate other people could be. Imagine you were borned in the westernised countries. You would probably be squatting at the dumpster now smoking pot, with coloured streaks of hair and mascara so thick that it brings a new meaning to the phrase "panda eyes". Now again imagine, if you were born in Iraq or other middle east countries, you would probably be happy to have one piece of bread to last you through the whole week.

Sad isnt it? Thats real life. The computer you read this from, the chair you are sitting on now, THATS how blessed you actually are. To be able to live in Singapore, a place that is safe from terrorists and natural disaster, is such good fortune. Dont you just want to praise our Daddy God for blessing us so much? For loving us so much? For letting us live in such a good country (although the educational standard is a wee bit too high) where we did not worry for our next meal, lets praise Him, Hallelujah! =)

DAREgroup lunch is on this Saturday before DARE! : ) Actually it's gonna happen before every DARE service lah, so dat we all can have a regular meeting time to hang out and chill... For this week, here's the details!
